TERMS of Service

Appointment Policy:

We require all patients to arrive atleast 20minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow time for updating forms and any check-in proceedings prior to your scheduled appointment time. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we feel there is not enough time to give you quality treatment and not keep other clients waiting. Arriving 20 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and the $50 cancellation fee or a $100 cancellation fee for procedures will be charged.

Refunds/Exchanges:

Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to offer and recommend alternative treatments if the ones requested are not available. Unfortunately, no refunds be issued for services rendered. All sales are final. Gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable but are transferrable to another person.

New Client Appointments:

All new-patient appointment require a $100 deposit prior to booking your appointment. We ask that all new patients complete their onboarding paperwork prior to your visit, online. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for completing consent forms, other paperwork, using the restroom, etc.

Cancellation Policy:

While we understand there are circumstances that may require a cancellation or rescheduleing of an appointment, we require at least a 48-hour notice for all rescheduled or cancelled appointments to allow for patients on the waitlist to be scheduled. All cancellations or rescheduled appointments made in less than a 48-hour notice are subject to a $50.00 Cancellation Fee and $100 cancellation fee for procedures. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment visit time.

Check In:

We ask that you please respect other guests and refrain from phone conversations and loud noises that may disrupt others in the lounge.

Personal Belongings:

Personal belongings are the full responsibility of our guest and should be kept in your possession at all times. Augusta Anti-Aging Medicine is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
